About the position

The Marketing Manager at Senita Athletics is responsible for leading marketing efforts across various social media platforms and the eCommerce platform. This role emphasizes content creation, community engagement, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance brand visibility and authenticity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multi-channel campaigns and experience with Shopify and email marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, focusing on community engagement and growth.
  • Develop community-driven campaigns to foster strong connections with customers, influencers, ambassadors, affiliates, and brand advocates.
  • Create and edit content (including video) for social platforms, ensuring all content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and Graphic Designer to execute design needs via Canva and other tools.
  • Plan and attend photoshoots, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the brand's creative vision, including coordinating logistics for out-of-state shoots as necessary.
  • Work with influencers and community members to develop partnerships that boost brand visibility and authenticity.
  • Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, integrating social, digital, and traditional marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and lead interns, fostering a collaborative environment and helping to develop future marketing talent.
  • Oversee email marketing campaigns and work with the team to optimize performance.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Assist with merchandising, product launches, and eCommerce optimization strategies on Shopify.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, community management, and content creation.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools like CapCut and design platforms such as Canva.
  • Experience managing social media channels and developing content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Ability to work with influencers and manage partnerships with affiliates and brand ambassadors.
  • Experience working with Shopify for eCommerce management and merchandising is a plus.
  • Knowledge of email marketing platforms is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
