About the position

The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth and sales enablement through effective content marketing strategies within the insurance, fintech, or startup industries. This remote position focuses on collaborating with the sales team to create impactful marketing materials and manage digital content creation, ensuring alignment with brand awareness and budget processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team to assist in account-based marketing initiatives
• Develop and execute email campaigns, flyers, and other sales-related content
• Create marketing materials for future clients and events, including white papers, brochures, presentations, and sales decks
• Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Webflow
• Work on brand awareness and budget processes, incorporating campaign planning and communication skills
• Maintain strong copy experience, creating engaging content for various platforms
• Liaise with third-party graphic designers for support

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in insurance industry or fintech or startup
• Experience with Mixmax, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Figma, or similar platforms
• Must be able to provide work samples
• Ability to travel 2x per quarter across the US for tradeshows and events
