About the position

Cotton & Company is an advertising and marketing agency based in Stuart, Florida, with a 30-year history serving primarily the luxury residential real estate segment. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in managing projects and ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of client relationships. This position requires a professional and experienced individual who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. An understanding of the residential real estate industry is a significant advantage. The Marketing Manager will act as a liaison between clients and the agency, overseeing projects from inception to completion without direct supervision. The ideal candidate will be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and working under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and anticipating client needs while recommending new campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between the client and the agency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Analyze client data and understand the client's market to anticipate needs.
  • Recommend new campaign initiatives based on client objectives.
  • Review creative strategies and execute advertising campaigns in line with budgeted plans.
  • Monitor and ensure all client deliverables exceed expectations.
  • Create and manage comprehensive budgets for projects.
  • Meet deadlines in a fast-paced media environment.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications or 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Strong advertising/marketing background.
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively.
  • Confidence in client management and setting expectations.
  • Ability to drive accounts based on client objectives and agency strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Apple products is a plus.
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels.
  • Analysis-minded with a focus on metrics and media performance.
  • Ability to embrace technology to increase efficiency.
  • Spreadsheet and budgeting capability.
  • Team player.
