About the position

The Marketing Manager at iTrip LLC will lead the marketing efforts for the company, coordinating a dedicated team of marketers and collaborating with corporate resources and external partners. This role emphasizes the creation of impactful marketing materials that support the franchise ecosystem, focusing on digital marketing strategies and omnichannel approaches. The successful candidate will manage web properties, understand SEO, and develop content that resonates with various audiences while measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the head of marketing for iTrip, coordinating marketing efforts within a dedicated team.
  • Create impactful marketing pieces that support branding and franchisee relations.
  • Manage an effective team to drive significant results for the franchise company.
  • Develop campaign concepts to meet organizational goals and growth targets.
  • Ensure compliance and management approval of all content pieces prior to release.
  • Communicate effectively with key business stakeholders.
  • Plan and deliver an annual franchisee conference.
  • Manage all aspects of digital, event, and traditional marketing programs.
  • Build and maintain rolling content and campaign calendars.
  • Create content daily to drive leads, subscribers, and awareness, including blog posts, emails, and videos.
  • Edit and proofread copy from third-party providers for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Pull monthly marketing performance reports and ensure franchisees follow brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
  • 6 or more years of experience in a marketing content-heavy role, preferably in the vacation rental or franchise industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to write for various audiences.
  • Experience leading a team and managing third-party suppliers.
  • Working understanding of marketing automation and email marketing tools (Marketo preferred but not required).
  • General WordPress knowledge.
