The Marketing Manager at GracoRoberts will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's marketing strategies across its various brands. This position focuses on driving brand awareness, generating leads, and increasing conversion rates through strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in digital marketing and content development to amplify the GracoRoberts value proposition in the aerospace specialty chemicals distribution sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and measure strategic marketing programs for key suppliers across the GracoRoberts family of brands.
• Create and post engaging social media content to drive audience engagement and follower growth.
• Utilize HubSpot to build effective supplier email campaigns and measure their performance.
• Implement digital marketing campaigns using both paid and owned channels to enhance online presence.
• Create high-impact sales tools to support the sales team in presenting the company's offerings.
• Lead tradeshow marketing efforts, coordinate event logistics, and support annual sales meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing and content development.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media platforms.
• Experience in digital media, paid search/social, YouTube, and data analytics.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with all levels of employees.
• Highly organized, resourceful, and detail-oriented.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the aerospace industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems beyond HubSpot.
