About the position

The Marketing Manager at Success in Education is responsible for overseeing marketing outreach for the foundation and its four statewide programs. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective marketing strategies, ensuring brand consistency, and promoting educational opportunities for students. The position requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage all marketing outreach for Success in Education's four statewide programs.
• Conduct weekly Marketing meetings with key organization stakeholders.
• Assist Program Managers in implementing effective social media strategies.
• Assist with branding efforts to ensure consistency throughout all marketing materials.
• Work closely with the in-house marketing department to coordinate video and design projects.
• Coordinate printing projects including brochures, newsletters, and posters.
• Develop and manage the monthly newsletter, gathering content and designing it in Mailchimp.
• Ensure equity and access are prioritized in marketing efforts targeting low-income and minority students.
• Attend tabling events to promote the foundation's programs.
• Assist with major fundraising and program events.
• Communicate regularly with the Director of Marketing and Events to prioritize projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 3 years' experience with non-profit marketing or similar
• Graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to collect, process, and present measured results
• Organized, self-starter, team player
• Integrity and values transparency in the workplace
