About the position

The Marketing Manager at Halff will lead the marketing program in collaboration with the Marketing Leadership and Office Managers. This role involves managing multiple Marketing Coordinators, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring the quality of proposals and presentations. The Marketing Manager will also provide training and mentorship to the team, supporting local leaders in implementing effective marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the marketing program in cooperation with Marketing Leadership and Office Managers.
• Manage multiple Marketing Coordinators and balance workload for proposals and interviews.
• Establish marketing strategies and themes for proposals and presentations.
• Provide training and mentorship to Marketing Coordinators.
• Review materials prepared by Marketing Coordinators for compliance and quality.
• Prepare presentations and collateral materials, coaching the presentation team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, English, or a similar field.
• Minimum of 8 years of related experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Ability to plan, organize, and direct marketing strategies for proposals and clients.
• Proven history of offering strategy and direction for successful pursuits.
• Demonstrated experience managing a team and leading excellent performance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong InDesign and graphic design skills.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and PhotoShop.
