About the position

The Marketing Manager at Carelon Health will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns aimed at enhancing member and customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently and align marketing efforts with the broader enterprise strategy. The position involves collaboration with various teams to create effective communication materials and marketing collateral, while also tracking performance metrics to ensure project success.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute integrated and targeted B2C marketing strategies and plans to drive customer engagement.
  • Serve as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.
  • Coordinate the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.
  • Lead the development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.
  • Provide leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.
  • Recommend, implement, collect, interpret, and report on status and key performance indicators (KPIs) for projects.
  • Track, analyze, and manage metrics and resources to execute projects within timeframes, budgets, and quality measures.
  • Identify 'moments that matter' in the member journey and make recommendations for ways to use marketing and communications to alleviate pain points.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience that provides an equivalent background.
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Healthcare experience or experience working in a complex environment preferred.
  • Experience leveraging data and insights to build marketing strategies and executing successful campaigns with measurable outcomes.
