About the position

The Marketing Manager at Charlotte Skin and Laser is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract and retain patients in a growing cosmetic dermatology practice. This role requires a creative and hands-on marketing professional who can enhance the practice's brand and visibility through various marketing channels, including digital and social media. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing campaigns, manage budgets, and communicate effectively with the practice team and external vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop overall marketing strategy to meet the needs of a growing cosmetic dermatology practice.
  • Produce goals, plans, and budgets to achieve measured results.
  • Oversee consultants, freelancers, and other suppliers, including contract negotiation and management.
  • Communicate all marketing activities in a timely manner to ensure the entire practice is aware of promotions and specials.
  • Maintain and enhance the practice's brand/image externally and internally.
  • Increase the practice's name recognition and visibility through various marketing channels.
  • Oversee all marketing campaigns delivered via digital media, mass media, or social media.
  • Collaborate with the retail/spa manager to plan and implement marketing plans and promotional calendars.
  • Design or direct all deliverables to increase product sales and advance service offerings.
  • Conduct internal marketing with current and prospective patients through newsletters, blogs, and promotional items.
  • Ensure the practice communicates the right messaging to attract and retain patients.
  • Create a clear, consistent voice for patient experience and contribute to the practice's success.
  • Represent marketing to cross-functional groups including vendors and potential referral sources.
  • Understand marketing metrics including SEO and deliver proven results.
  • Update senior leadership on marketing activities and report on campaign results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience
  • Full knowledge of Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok) and SEO optimization
  • Ability to create graphics/designs with Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Experience in video creation for internal and external education
  • Website oversight experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing personality
  • Well-organized with attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work professionally under stress
