About the position

The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing initiatives for the Skin, Body & Bath categories, reporting directly to the Director of Category Marketing. This role is pivotal in creating strategies that drive growth through omnichannel marketing efforts, ensuring that campaigns are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of omni-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to create campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Work closely with customer growth marketing, consumer insights, media, and creative teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing strategies.
  • Analyze performance and learnings from previous campaigns to inform future strategies.
  • Manage brand production budget and coordinate with media and social budget owners for cohesive planning.
  • Stay updated on retail and industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of brand marketing experience, preferably in consumer-facing roles.
  • Proven success in leading integrated campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Ability to translate data insights into effective marketing strategies.
  • Experience in creative management and collaboration with creative teams or agencies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong prioritization skills.
  • Experience managing ambiguity and driving planning forward.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields; MBA or MA preferred.
