About the position

As a Marketing Manager at Lone Mountain Truck Leasing, you will be instrumental in enhancing our marketing strategies and driving brand growth. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans, overseeing various campaigns, and ensuring effective lead generation while tracking return on investment (ROI). Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth

  • Oversee the creation and execution of compelling marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, e-mail, content marketing, and video

  • Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing processes and workflows to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to derive actionable insights from marketing metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Creative thinking combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and email marketing
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
