About the position

The Marketing Manager at Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is responsible for leading and overseeing all pursuit-related activities, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations, specifically for the Land Division/Public Infrastructure Division. This role requires extensive experience in managing and creating Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) industry. The ideal candidate will enhance the skills of the marketing team, collaborate with business development leads, and ensure alignment with corporate branding and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all pursuit-related activities, including qualifications, proposals, and presentations.
  • Train marketing staff in all aspects of pursuit-related activities.
  • Assist in identifying and vetting potential opportunities through collaboration with market and service leaders.
  • Direct the go/no-go process, optimizing the marketing team's time and resources.
  • Manage team resources and schedules for local pursuits, implementing established win strategies for individual pursuits.
  • Maintain up-to-date firm lead-finding registrations and manage annual registration updates.
  • Collaborate with other Marketing Managers to balance workload and ensure brand and message consistency across regions.
  • Support business development leads with marketing strategies and provide additional marketing support to the Corporate Branding and Communications team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of marketing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of A/E/C experience.
  • Proficient in InDesign and current graphics and publishing programs for marketing material development.
  • Working knowledge of utilizing social media platforms for corporate communications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively with multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Basic understanding of the firm's general services and effective communication of those services.
