Marketing Manager

About the position

Rock Revival is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to lead creative and brand initiatives as the company expands in the greater Los Angeles area. The role requires a data-driven, creative thinker who is an effective communicator and detail-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects around creative and brand initiatives ensuring seamless execution for retention, brand activations, PR, and media partnerships.
• Manage partnerships with agencies and third-party partners to ensure all assets and business deliverables are met on time.
• Develop and create a digital content strategy and workflow for all asset needs.
• Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to manage forecasts, demand planning, and go-to-market strategies for product launches and promotional periods.
• Manage and oversee Rock Revival's Email Marketing and Loyalty Program.
• Analyze sales and KPIs to monitor program performance and grow overall sales.
• Design on-brand marketing graphics and implement best UI/UX practices.
• Ensure all creative assets and messaging across customer touchpoints are clear and effective.
• Conduct competitive research and stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of Marketing and Loyalty/Retention experience
• Experience with Shopify, Google Analytics, Email Marketing, SEO/SEM, A/B Testing, and Social Media Management
• Strong knowledge of UI/UX design and creative industry trends
• Effective communicator with strong project management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and Google Suite
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Strong creative eye and voice
• Fashion/Beauty industry experience is a plus
