About The Position

The Marketing Manager at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies for various business units and market segments. This role involves ensuring that all products and programming are communicated accurately and on-brand, while maximizing opportunities across multiple marketing channels, including digital, social, mobile, print, and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent collaborative communication skills with Department Heads and colleagues.
• Strong writing skills are required.
• Basic editing skills in Photoshop/InDesign (crop, resize, file type).
• Ability to manage multiple projects with a positive attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Experience in the Ski and/or Entertainment industry is a plus.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in digital marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of the ski industry and customer engagement tactics.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute results-oriented marketing plans for assigned business units and/or market segments.
• Ensure accurate communication of products and programming for the specific business unit, on-brand and on time.
• Maximize unique opportunities in emerging marketing channels including digital, social, mobile, print, and events.
• Collaborate closely with marketing channel experts to understand best practices and guidelines for content communication.
