About the position

The Marketing Manager will lead the Technology Sales Marketing team, focusing on government-oriented marketing strategies. This role involves managing integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with sales teams, and developing programs that resonate with target audiences to drive lead acquisition and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in campaign management and a passion for customer-centric marketing, with the ability to innovate and adapt strategies based on performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Design, manage and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns and content marketing programs targeting government decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with product, research, and sales teams to inform campaign messaging and strategy.
  • Develop content for marketing campaigns and promote it through digital and other channels, analyzing performance regularly.
  • Review marketing performance using metrics and analytics; track key metrics and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage social media communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online presence.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar.
  • 3+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a large or global company with a government-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools, specifically Metrocool.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel skills, including ease with formulas and pivot tables.
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
