About the position

The Senior Marketing Campaign Manager, Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels to enhance the visibility and revenue of the client's publications and related products. This role involves managing a team of three Marketing Campaign Managers and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate marketing strategies into actionable plans. The position focuses on optimizing digital marketing efforts to achieve submission and usage goals while fostering a culture of excellence within the marketing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of three Marketing Campaign Managers, providing mentorship and performance management.
  • Develop relationships with stakeholders for cross-promotion opportunities through digital channels.
  • Set marketing benchmarks and establish KPIs for digital marketing campaigns.
  • Communicate goals, initiatives, and results of marketing campaigns internally and cross-divisionally.
  • Create and share regular metric-driven updates on channel impact and upcoming initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy to support division goals.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing activities across digital channels.
  • Ensure all activities align with larger strategic marketing campaigns and track metrics across events.
  • Support Experiential Marketing efforts for conferences and large-scale engagement activities.
  • Explore new digital marketing channels and recommend pilot projects as appropriate.
  • Analyze data to identify performance issues or opportunities and report on campaign impact/results.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation in digital marketing roles.
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team of marketers.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience in a fast-paced team environment with defined success metrics.
  • Understanding of marketing automation software and analytics tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels including email, advertising, and content.
  • Proven track record in programmatic campaign planning and execution.
  • Analytical skills to derive actionable insights from complex data.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
