About the position

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for designing and executing innovative marketing strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving lead generation. This role involves overseeing multi-channel marketing campaigns and collaborating with sales and business development teams to create targeted marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  • Develop, launch, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to create targeted marketing assets and initiatives.
  • Perform market research and analyze customer insights to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Track and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
  • Manage marketing budgets effectively and prepare detailed performance reports for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in the transportation, shipping, logistics industry
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience in conducting market research and analyzing customer data to inform marketing strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Benefits

  • Compensation range: $70k - $105k
