About the position

The Marketing Manager at D.R. Horton, Inc. will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for the division, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with division goals. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing the marketing of active and upcoming communities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate advertising and public relations with the ad agency for current communities
  • Direct and participate in the design of flyers, direct mail pieces, and other marketing collateral
  • Coordinate the selection of model options
  • Compile and complete brochures, signage, and sales office materials
  • Manage branding and compliance of model homes, advertising, signage, and brochures
  • Oversee marketing for all active and upcoming communities and approve marketing materials
  • Hire and manage vendors for model home openings
  • Identify and prioritize marketing objectives and manage effective marketing campaigns
  • Manage online branding and communication efforts through the company's website and email marketing campaigns
  • Support digital and traditional marketing needs including strategy, planning, and implementation
  • Analyze user journey data to improve customer experience
  • Review website performance and track campaign reporting
  • Manage reports and dashboards for tracking marketing programs
  • Maintain model homes after opening, coordinating cleaning and maintenance
  • Work closely with model merchandisers and other personnel
  • Communicate with various departments to improve products and company image
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • Four to six years of digital marketing experience and/or training
  • Advanced knowledge of SEM, including meta tags and PPC management
  • Advanced knowledge of MLS and realtor sites such as Zillow and Realtor.com
  • Expert knowledge in Google Analytics and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday and perform physical tasks as required.
