• Inspire and help team members in prioritizing tasks and fostering a culture of creativity and problem-solving.
• Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Segment for in-depth analysis and personalized marketing.
• Conduct research to create targeted marketing campaigns that address audience needs.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders through detailed reports on marketing squad performance, achievements, and upcoming initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of performance marketing experience including analyzing marketing funnels and identifying areas for enhancement.
• 2+ years of planning and driving marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM.
