About the position

The Marketing Manager at Best of Texas Landscapes is responsible for leading marketing initiatives to enhance the company's online presence and cultivate relationships with homeowners and builders. This role involves content creation, social media management, and networking to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and possess strong marketing skills to effectively represent the brand.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage content that aligns with the marketing strategy.
• Develop and maintain a strong online presence through effective social media strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency and engagement across all platforms.
• Seek out and attend professional client and community organizations and networking events.
• Manage project close outs including reviews, project photos, and appreciation.
• Update, redesign, and maintain the company website.
• Provide marketing and advertising support as required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience with strong content creation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
• Experience with photo editing software and video production/editing software.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Highly self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
