About the position

The Marketing & Move-In Coordinator serves as a key contact for prospective and future residents, ensuring a smooth transition into the community. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. The coordinator is responsible for overseeing the move-in process, maintaining professional relationships, and embodying the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of move-in with residents and family members, including finalizing settlement paperwork and requirements.
  • Coordinate apartment turn-overs and ensure apartments are ready for move-in.
  • Handle move-in day activities and arrangements, including scheduling walkthroughs with maintenance and housekeeping.
  • Provide sales assistance to the Director of Sales & Marketing and the sales team, including handling inquiries and maintaining mailing lists.
  • Compile accurate reports, including weekly productivity and monthly occupancy reports.
  • Participate in daily meetings and contribute creatively to advance prospects.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing materials.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in various situations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of conflict resolution techniques.
