The Marketing Office Administrator at Morris Marketing Group is responsible for organizing and coordinating inter-office activities and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity. This role requires a team player who is a creative thinker with a strong command of grammar and a keen eye for detail. The Office Manager will possess excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills, particularly under pressure. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision. They must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, and capable of managing people and projects, as well as special events, while enjoying the administrative challenges of supporting a diverse office environment. In this role, the Office Administrator will be tasked with project trafficking to ensure all projects meet deadlines and stay within budget. They will input jobs, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of projects using project management software. Additionally, the Office Administrator will develop project schedules and coordinate task assignments with the team. Office management responsibilities include organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments, managing office operations, procedures, filing, and record keeping, as well as coordinating with IT and service providers regarding office equipment. The Office Administrator will also manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and the landlord, serve as the point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping, supplies, equipment, bills, and errands, and provide general support to visitors. They will act as a company cultural ambassador and contribute to the company’s social media presence, as well as manage company parties, happy hours, and events.
