About the position

The Marketing Operations Analyst 3 position is a critical role within the Data, Analytics, and Operations (DAO) team, which is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs for Adobe's Digital Media Enterprise business, including Document Cloud and Creative Cloud products. This role focuses on refining and executing the Marketing Operations Model, with a strong emphasis on lead management processes. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to transform go-to-market processes into best-in-class operations. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, solution design capabilities, and a relentless pursuit of incremental improvements in marketing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategies to manage sophisticated lead routing logic across multiple sales teams. You will work with technical teams to ensure that integrations are optimized and that data flows effectively between various systems. Managing components of the marketing tech stack, particularly LeanData, will be a key responsibility, along with troubleshooting errors and inefficiencies across all technologies. You will partner with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead conversion rates throughout all stages of the B2B marketing funnel, ensuring a seamless end-to-end lead flow process. Additionally, you will document and enable colleagues on lead flow processes, work closely with Sales Operations to optimize the use of Outreach.io, and contribute to transformational projects and major system migrations by documenting, scoping, and testing current and future capabilities. Providing exceptional customer service and support across all interactions is paramount, as the team strives to exceed expectations in every engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to proactively manage sophisticated lead routing logic across multiple sales teams
  • Work with other technical teams to ensure integrations are optimized and data is flowing effectively between multiple systems
  • Manage multiple components of the marketing tech stack, particularly LeanData, and troubleshoot errors and inefficiencies across all technologies
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates within all stages of the B2B marketing funnel
  • Understand end-to-end lead flow processes and provide documentation and enablement to colleagues
  • Work closely with Sales Operations to optimize our usage of Outreach.io
  • Contribute to transformational projects and major system migrations by documenting, scoping, and testing current and future capabilities
  • Provide phenomenal customer service and support across all interactions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field
  • Strong background in lead management, marketing technology administration, and sales collaboration
  • Hands-on experience in B2B lead assignment processes including building, testing, deploying rulesets in a complex enterprise environment
  • CRM expertise: Experience with building reports and dashboards, managing integrations with marketing automation and/or other tools, and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is preferred
  • Analytical skills: Ability to define, analyze and report on operational metrics across various teams
  • Experience with Excel, Tableau, and/or PowerBi is preferred
  • Experience in marketing automation tools such as Marketo a big plus
  • LeanData Certification is a big plus
  • Strong written and verbal communicator, highly articulate, makes arguments in a compelling manner
  • Comfortable working with multiple cross-functional partners and juggling competing priorities
  • Ability to summarize and present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience driving projects from start-to-finish, even when faced with deep complexity and ambiguity
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree a plus.
