About the position

The Marketing Operations Analyst at Adobe plays a crucial role in supporting the Americas Business Development Rep (BDR) organization by providing accurate staffing, timely analytics, and business insights to enhance performance against established metrics. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data and analytics, capable of communicating effectively with executive leaders to drive operational rigor and successful go-to-market planning.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain meticulous record of staffing and alignment for the BDR organization.
  • Provide timely sales analytics including weekly activities analysis, pipeline analysis, and sales results.
  • Drive business change by developing a keen understanding of the business and identifying core focus areas through data-driven insights.
  • Actively identify operational issues and design solutions to improve business flow for the BDRs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Regions to share knowledge and facilitate standardization across the field and BDR organizations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; MBA preferred but not required.
  • 1-3 years related work experience in Marketing Ops, Sales, Sales Operations, Sales Strategy, or Go-to-Market functions, ideally in the software industry.
  • Strong strategy, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to drive multiple priorities and objectives concurrently and asynchronously.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude and ability to turn data into insights and actions.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify solutions to complex business issues.
  • Self-managed, responsive, and able to work in a virtual team environment.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint; PowerBI is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of SFDC, Dynamics, and Outreach.
