About the position

Volt is seeking a Marketing Operations Audience Coordinator to join our team in New York, NY. This role is pivotal in driving new subscriber growth through the planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition via paid media campaigns. The Paid Media Operations & Tech team is dedicated to providing strategies, processes, and technologies that will enable performance marketing to scale globally with consistency and excellence. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will manage and distribute first-party audiences to our marketing platforms utilizing data management tools, ensuring that our audience initiatives are effectively communicated and executed. In this position, you will be responsible for project management, providing updates on critical audience initiatives, and auditing and updating our global audience setup and requirements. You will also build processes and tracking materials for internal teams that adhere to privacy and legal guidelines across business units. Collaboration with channel teams is essential, as you will review audience implementation and activation across platform partners. Additionally, you will manage request intake and prioritize cross-line of business requests and initiatives, utilizing holistic project management tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Google Sheets. This is a 6-month hybrid contract opportunity, requiring on-site presence from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in Marketing Tech, Performance Marketing, or Advertising, with a strong focus on process development and execution. Familiarity with audience segmentation tools and strategies, as well as experience across various marketing channels, is crucial for achieving customer acquisition and retention goals.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new subscriber growth through planning, execution, and optimization of user acquisition via paid media campaigns.
  • Manage and distribute first-party audiences to marketing platforms using data management tools.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in Marketing Tech, Performance Marketing, or Advertising.
  • In-house Marketing or Agency experience.
  • Detail-oriented with proven success in process development and execution.
  • Strong background in Marketing and Advertising Technologies, including familiarity with audience segmentation tools and strategies (e.g., tag managers, DMPs, and CDPs/CCDPs).
  • Experience with trends such as identity resolution and global privacy regulations.
  • Experience working across marketing channels such as social, programmatic, search, and CTV to achieve customer acquisition and retention goals.
