We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This full-time, benefitted, non-exempt position is based in Santa Rosa, CA, and reports directly to the Marketing Director. The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in coordinating marketing efforts with the design team, managing schedules, and collaborating with key team members to bring new products to market. This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success of our company while advancing their career and learning new skills. In this role, the Operations Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between the marketing and design teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
