About the position

The Marketing Operations Coordinator at OPSWAT plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing team's day-to-day functions, particularly in orchestrating 'Go-To-Market' efforts using marketing technology. This position involves collaborating with a global marketing team to deploy marketing assets and ensure their effectiveness, while also reporting on their results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and eager to learn about new technologies in the marketing operations space.

Responsibilities

  • Working in HubSpot to build and orchestrate marketing materials.
  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all deployed materials to ensure they perform as intended before finalizing each motion.
  • Informing stakeholders of the progress of their requests to the Marketing Operations team.
  • Providing stakeholders with reports and progress of their items in market or items that have gone to market.

Requirements

  • Interest in marketing operations or demand generation orchestration for a high-growth B2B technology company.
  • Basic understanding of database capabilities such as data management, collection processes, and reporting outputs.
  • Strong team player with demonstrated ability to partner with design, marketing, and other cross-functional departments.
  • Well organized, self-driven person who is committed to detail and high-quality output.
  • Equivalent experience or bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or related.
  • Experience with Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
