About the position

HF Sinclair in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Marketing Operations Coordinator to maintain and support store branding activities, plan and execute distributor events and customer activities, and keep corporate image supplies, gifts, and wearables fresh and relevant. This role serves as an internal liaison for brand and imaging contractors and vendors, ensuring effective communication with the sales and brand team regarding project status. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will assist in administering the Brand Excellence program, which includes overseeing the secret shopper initiative for branded locations, and will work closely with vendors and the sales team to uphold high brand standards and enhance the consumer experience. In addition, the coordinator will manage the fiberglass Dino program, which involves ordering, trademark verification, invoicing as needed, and overseeing shipping and installation processes. The position may also include special assignments or tasks as assigned by the supervisor, reflecting the dynamic nature of the role. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and leadership skills, along with the ability to communicate effectively across multiple departments and manage third-party locations. This position is office-based with an expected travel requirement of up to 15-20% by land and air, subject to varying weather and road conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support store branding activities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Ability to perform a variety of high-level assignments for the marketing department.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products required.
• Ability to multi-task effectively.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle conflict situations and customer complaints.
• Advanced reading and writing skills.
• Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.
