An American health care company that operates a telemedicine platform is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator/Project Coordinator to join its Marketing team. Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for the team by building and editing acquisition funnels
• Support the team by providing campaign maintenance and tracking performance
• Develop acquisition and revenue initiative test plans
• Execute on A/B testing ad creatives, landing pages and ROI tactics
• Establish and track metrics to perform detailed analysis of campaigns
• Partner with Manufacturing Solutions Team and lead partner goals + business KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working in digital marketing as an Operations or Project Coordinator
• Previous professional experience working at a digital advertising agency, and/or demonstrating a strong background in digital advertising
• Highly detailed and organized self-starter with an aggressive growth mindset
• Experience supporting or running digital marketing campaigns with a focus on performance targets
• Strong analytical skills and experience working in performance-based companies
• Proven track record in supporting a team and taking ownership of new tasks
• Proficient in excel, pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data to see clear trends
• Proficient with Lookr
• Flexible self-starter with attention to detail who can work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects at once
