The Marketing Operations Coordinator at Trump Hotels will play a crucial role in supporting the sales, marketing, and training teams through various administrative tasks. This position is office-based in New York City and reports directly to the VP of Marketing and Travel Industry Sales. The coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and distribution of marketing collateral and sales materials, ensuring that the sales and marketing teams have the necessary resources to effectively engage clients and promote the brand. In addition to supporting the sales and marketing teams, the coordinator will handle client inquiries through the Loyalty and General Information inboxes. This involves responding to inquiries promptly and directing them to the appropriate team members for resolution. The role also includes assisting the marketing and web development teams during the transition to a new website, which encompasses transferring and updating content, copy, and photos, as well as ongoing quality control and content updates to ensure the website remains current and effective. The Marketing Operations Coordinator will collaborate with the web development team to ensure that promotional offers are accurately posted in a timely manner. Furthermore, the coordinator will provide administrative support to the Quality, Learning & Development Team by reporting on quality metrics, preparing KPI summaries, and creating internal operations and marketing collateral. Coordination of tradeshow activities for the Global Sales Team, including sign-up, invoice processing, and the organization of booth/display materials, will also be part of the responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google applications is required, while experience with Adobe Photoshop and Canva is preferred but not mandatory.
