About the position

As the Marketing Operations Director at Rithum, you will play a crucial role in executing the company's global marketing automation strategy. This position involves managing the marketing technology stack, overseeing technical campaign execution, and establishing data workflows that enhance marketing performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead a global team, and manage key platforms to optimize marketing initiatives, ultimately driving growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and implement a global marketing operations and technology structure that aligns with Rithum's business objectives.
  • Provide operational and strategic input by collaborating with other department leads across demand generation, ABM, brand, product, and customer marketing.
  • Oversee the selection, integration, and ongoing optimization of marketing technology platforms, ensuring alignment with CRM, ABM, and marketing automation tools.
  • Work collaboratively with revenue operations and data analysts to build marketing inputs for analytics platforms, resulting in performance dashboards.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Sales Development, Sales Enablement, and Revenue Operations to align marketing strategies and lead management processes.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement & Demand Generation teams to deliver ABM insights to sales, including account-level intent signals and predictive funnel analytics.
  • Train cross-functional teams on marketing automation tools and best practices to support organizational goals.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology budget, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximizing ROI.
  • Ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance within marketing platforms, enhancing marketing automation processes.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally within global B2B SaaS environments.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Marketing Automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce), and ABM (6Sense).
  • Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email marketing and lead nurturing.
  • Deep expertise in data management, analytics, and reporting with a track record of turning data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and achieving ROI on marketing technology investments.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; graduate degree is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as paid social, display advertising, SEM, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead data integration projects using Marketo.
