About the position

As the Marketing Operations Lead, you will support the effective management of critical marketing tools that enable the planning and production of Best Buy Marketing and Retail Media Network Organizations. You will be responsible for tools such as Adobe Workfront, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, and more, with the goal of increased productivity. This role includes leading ongoing maintenance, optimization, and enhancements, as well as supporting training and change management. You will actively partner with teams to leverage tools for improved resource management and process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • System Administrator of tools, including daily management tasks such as user setup, password reset, access level changes, licensing changes, custom form setup, request queue setup, creation of groups/team, template creation, dashboards/reports, and training.
  • Ensure consistent system reliability, problem resolution, performance tracking, and risk mitigation through effective problem management.
  • Leverage expertise in business process and/or project management to understand, articulate, and address business issues, drivers, and needs.
  • Facilitate business group discovery sessions to confirm and document process steps and identify efficiencies through tools capabilities.
  • Provide high-level customer service by engaging with tool users regularly to understand wins and challenges and develop a point-of-view on future functionality/enhancements needed.

Requirements

  • 1 year of working knowledge in Adobe Workfront
  • 2+ years of experience working in content management systems/tools or related disciplines
  • 1+ years of experience in a quick-turn, high volume environment
  • Experience leading projects, conducting training or similar

Nice-to-haves

  • Associate degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience working in workflow management tools as a functional system administrator
  • Direct or indirect project or resource leadership experience
  • Strong communication, relationship, and problem-solving skills to position self as a trusted advisor
  • Experience in the marketing/advertising sector
  • Retail and national brand experience preferred
