About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager will oversee title-level campaign production, creative operations, and project management for the Non-Fiction slate, including Unscripted, Sports, and Doc Films/Series. This role is crucial in managing the end-to-end project management of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence while collaborating with various cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a slate of titles by managing end-to-end campaign operational scope including budgets, creative development, asset planning, and campaign fulfillment.
  • Budget and track spend for title marketing launches across the entire lifecycle of a campaign.
  • Define and manage milestones across an entire campaign lifecycle including creative development timelines and stakeholder delivery deadlines.
  • Manage creative agency NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and onboarding as needed.
  • Track creative agency deliverables against the SOW and escalate potential delays and budget overages.
  • Eliminate time-sensitive bottlenecks and advise on delivery and budget risks.
  • Lead and manage cross-functional communications and workflows for effective campaign information exchange.
  • Partner with operational producers managing finishing, localization, and trafficking of promotional materials.
  • Manage day-to-day escalations and troubleshooting of creative development and production issues.
  • Use data to inform production best practices and eliminate inefficiencies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of creative account/project management and creative production experience, preferably at an entertainment studio, tech company, or agency.
  • Proven track record of managing large cross-functional teams through successful marketing campaigns.
  • Expert knowledge of marketing campaign and localization workflows, and understanding of the creative and production process for various media types.
  • Fluent in Video and Digital types and formats with a strong understanding of asset management and ad trafficking.
  • High competency in project management for high-profile global campaigns.
  • Knowledgeable of the advertising landscape and experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types.
