About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager, Growth at Verkada is responsible for overseeing the systems and processes that drive marketing campaigns and revenue growth. This role involves collaborating with various teams to enhance marketing operations, optimize lead management, and implement advanced automation solutions. The position requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to innovate within the marketing technology stack to maximize operational efficiency and campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally with executives, operations, engineering, analytics, brand, and sales to improve marketing campaigns and ensure alignment.
  • Serve as the point person for all demand generation campaign operations and new implementations.
  • Manage lead ingestion and lifecycle processes to maximize lead follow-up efficiency by sales.
  • Partner with data science and engineering to enhance lead scoring, nurtures, and MQL threshold initiatives.
  • Build advanced automations using platforms like Workato, AWS, and Retool to integrate with existing sales and marketing platforms.
  • Ensure all operations within the sphere of influence are automated and designed for scalability.
  • Track, test, and analyze campaign metrics to optimize programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Marketing/Sales/Revenue Operations experience.
  • Advanced knowledge in Marketo & Salesforce or similar marketing technology stack.
  • Strong familiarity with marketing initiatives including lead ingestion, data quality, and lead lifecycle management.
  • Experience with SQL, ETL/data pipelines, Excel, and BI Tools (Looker or equivalent) for data querying.
  • Impeccable analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to operationalize campaign management at scale across multiple locales.
  • Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working autonomously in a fast-moving startup or hyper-growth environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $110,000 - $150,000 USD.
