About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager for Lead Flow at AWS Americas Field Marketing will act as a strategic partner to various cross-functional teams, focusing on enhancing lead management processes and driving execution excellence. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making to improve team productivity and campaign effectiveness, ultimately contributing to the success of AWS's marketing initiatives across North America.

Responsibilities

  • Streamline lead handoff processes and oversee follow-up activities for major and globally-aligned prospecting programs
  • Ensure seamless coordination and effective execution of lead nurturing campaigns across multiple channels and teams
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement
  • Facilitate weekly Sprint meetings to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines, and drive goal achievement
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues to leadership, providing regular progress updates and actionable recommendations
  • Develop intuitive reports and dashboards within Salesforce and Amazon QuickSight for enhanced visibility, comprehensive campaign effectiveness measurement, and real-time goal tracking
  • Leverage statistical analysis models to predict trends, identify potential issues, and forecast future goal achievement
  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and training to new employees on the lead flow process, ensuring effective utilization of marketing tools, reporting sources, and operational processes related to lead management and nurturing
  • Drive team-wide adoption of best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and process improvement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in multi-territory campaign management
