About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Broadridge is responsible for overseeing the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns. This role involves managing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining data integrity within the marketing technology stack. The position requires a blend of marketing operations expertise and technical skills to drive campaign success and improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the administrator for the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), managing users and role profiles.
  • Lead implementation and maintenance of third-party platform integrations.
  • Maintain data cleanliness within MAP, ensuring organized folder structure and tagging guidelines.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration or lead flow errors within the MAP.
  • Regularly evaluate the MarTech stack to ensure optimal tool usage and suggest improvements.
  • Build and edit emails and templates, advising on A/B testing and enhancements.
  • Create and edit email and event campaigns, ensuring correct setup and data flow prior to activation.
  • Work with offshore ops team to ensure campaign workflows are understood and SLAs are met.
  • Collaborate with Segmentation manager to develop automated solutions for data standardization.
  • Author technical and process documentation for stakeholders.
  • Implement processes for GDPR, CCPA, and CASL compliance in marketing communications.
  • Field ad hoc requests from marketers and cross-functional partners regarding campaign workflows.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience in marketing operations with a deep understanding of the marketing pipeline, channels, and strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop and socialize end-to-end campaign workflows including planning, development, and execution stages.
  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Pardot preferred) for 4+ years.
  • 2+ years experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred) managing marketing campaigns.
  • 2+ years experience with Event/Webinar platforms like CVENT and On24.
  • Working knowledge of HTML for email code edits.
  • 4+ years experience with marketing project management tools like Wrike or Workfront.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with traditional and emerging marketing channels and media.
