About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at StartEngine is a key role focused on optimizing marketing processes and utilizing automation tools to enhance campaign effectiveness. This position requires a blend of business acumen and technical expertise to support various teams in achieving their goals through data-driven insights and efficient marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize marketing campaigns using Klaviyo and other marketing tools.
• Develop and maintain marketing emails, workflows, sequences, landing pages, and templates.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights to various teams.
• Create regular reports and dashboards for marketing, customer success, sales, operations, and leadership teams.
• Implement best practices for lead management, nurturing, and scoring.
• Evaluate and recommend new marketing technologies to enhance capabilities.
• Act as a subject matter expert on marketing platforms and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in marketing operations or related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience with marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot).
• Subject matter expertise with tools for email (like HubSpot), text automation (like Klaviyo), web optimization metrics, lead routing, and attribution and analytics.
• Deep knowledge of enabling and overseeing marketing automation from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, formulate, and present actionable data.
