About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in executing and managing technology-based projects and processes for digital campaigns, particularly focusing on Adobe products. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can enhance the delivery of products and services for clients through effective use of technology and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes the importance of communication, training, and the development of innovative solutions to optimize operations.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the implementation of tools and technology including Adobe products.
  • Conduct in-depth trainings and working sessions for cross-functional teams.
  • Develop onboarding documentation and resources complementary to training programs.
  • Support the implementation and execution of technology to enhance service delivery.
  • Research and identify Adobe workshops, seminars, or certifications for team development.
  • Assist with the enablement of operations at scale and support automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate on operational workstreams and processes for cross-functional implementation of tools.
  • Develop solutions to drive data-driven insights for business optimization.
  • Provide fresh perspectives on existing processes and develop new ways of working.
  • Facilitate clear communication channels across internal departments and with clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on Adobe products and platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer required.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience within the digital space, including web-based content management systems.
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, CMS is a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships within an organization to drive results is required.
  • Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate information and insights is required.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage time, prioritize tasks and projects, and execute on deliverables.
  • Understanding of yield management and problem-solving skills to meet performance demands.
