About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing marketing processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing initiatives. This role involves managing marketing technology, analyzing data to inform strategy, and ensuring alignment between marketing and sales teams to drive growth and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology stack to improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze marketing data and metrics to inform strategy and decision-making.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
