About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Posit will play a crucial role in enhancing the marketing technology stack to support revenue growth. This position involves collaborating with the marketing team and sales operations to ensure effective integration and optimization of tools like Marketo and Salesforce, as well as other marketing technologies. The manager will be responsible for streamlining marketing processes, managing complex operational systems, and providing data-driven insights to drive revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Administer the core marketing tech stack including Marketo, LeanData, and 6sense.
  • Maintain and optimize existing tools and integrations, and evaluate future integrations and third-party tools.
  • Build and maintain pre-sales workflows to enhance outreach and prospecting strategies.
  • Assist in designing and implementing a new operational ABM marketing strategy.
  • Own the integration and configuration of marketing tools across the tech stack.
  • Align closely with Sales Operations and Data Science to provide visibility into key marketing performance metrics.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations to ensure continuity across go-to-market systems and data.
  • Support lead enrichment and database hygiene strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations within B2B marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B funnel and systems supporting multi-channel demand generation.
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce as the MAP+CRM hub.
  • Familiarity with other MarTech tools such as LeanData, Clearbit, Commonroom, and 6sense.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Technical mindset with the ability to diagnose issues and analyze data.
