About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Aquent Studios is responsible for overseeing the operations of the ecosystem marketing agile team. This role focuses on ensuring successful campaign development and implementation, measuring campaign success, and driving internal alignment within the agile marketing framework. The position requires strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, project management, and technical expertise, along with strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead campaign ideation, planning, and execution processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign strategies that leverage agile marketing principles, with a strategic view of both the big picture and intricate details.
  • Monitor campaign progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work with the cross-functional team to define best practices, and guide team discussions for innovation and alignment.
  • Provide guidance on sprint planning, backlog management, and prioritization.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication within the agile marketing team, encouraging team members to speak up and share insights.
  • Ensure the adoption and adherence of agile marketing principles and frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on OKRs to measure campaign success.
  • Coordinate and manage marketing operations, including resource allocation and budgeting.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to processes, workflows, and metrics.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' proven experience in campaign development/implementation, marketing operations, and measurement.
  • Familiarity with agile marketing principles and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
  • Experience using project management tools.
  • Proven experience working with a variety of stakeholders and fostering cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with JIRA and MURAL preferred.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
