About the position

The Corporate Marketing Operations Manager at AT&T is responsible for managing the adoption of marketing playbooks and guidelines across the organization. This role focuses on operationalizing marketing programs and embedding core marketing principles to enhance efficiency and productivity. The ideal candidate will leverage data-driven decision-making and marketing resource management to drive change and optimize processes within the marketing function.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the adoption of Marketing & Growth Organization playbooks and guidelines across the company.
  • Operationalize marketing programs and embed core tenets of the Marketing Charter.
  • Spearhead Workfront enablement to streamline marketing operations.
  • Develop and document business requirements and process flows for marketing operations.
  • Lead the implementation of new processes within Workfront and ensure team adoption.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify optimization opportunities in marketing processes.
  • Create governance and standards for marketing efficiency analytics.
  • Oversee integration of data from various sources and conduct regular data audits.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience in marketing and marketing operations, change management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with MRM and data visualization tools.
  • 3-5 years of experience in data management within a marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Experience in managing marketing operations at large organizations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience driving performance improvement through process and skills optimization.
  • Strong decision-making and influencing skills.
