About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager role is a short-term contract position focused on enhancing marketing efficiency through the development of comprehensive reporting systems and dashboards. This position requires collaboration with the Sales Operations team and the use of tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, and Demandbase to optimize marketing operations and track campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies for marketing operations to streamline processes and boost marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops and Marketing teams to construct custom reports and dashboards using Salesforce, Pardot, and Demandbase.
  • Facilitate the transition from MQL to SQL process in collaboration with Demand Generation and Sales Development teams.
  • Generate reports that illustrate marketing's influence on the sales pipeline, tracking campaign influence, MQLs, SQLs, and opportunity generation.
  • Provide real-time reporting on lead flow through the sales funnel and measure the success of marketing campaigns and ABM activities.
  • Analyze marketing data to provide insights and suggest improvements.
  • Monitor data integrity within marketing systems and databases.
  • Utilize Demandbase for account engagement, intent data, and pipeline influence tracking.
  • Implement multi-touch attribution models in Salesforce and Pardot to measure marketing's impact throughout the customer journey.
  • Work with Sales Operations to ensure seamless integration of Demandbase, Salesforce, and Pardot data for accurate reporting.
  • Build and present dashboards for the Executive Leadership Team, showcasing marketing's impact on revenue and sales pipeline.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize marketing operations and automation within Pardot and Demandbase.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a B2B marketing environment
  • Proficiency in Content Management System (CMS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
  • Familiarity with Facebook Insights and other social media analytics tools for reporting and brand awareness strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce Pardot and Salesforce Platform for effective marketing automation and customer engagement
  • Knowledge of SQL for database management and queries
  • Proven ability to create and manage reporting dashboards for marketing operations
  • Demonstrable skills in B2B marketing strategies and execution
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and improve marketing effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills for reporting and team collaboration
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
