About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager will play a crucial role in executing and managing technology-based projects and processes for digital campaigns, particularly focusing on Adobe products. This position requires a self-motivated individual who can enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the Marketing Operations team by uncovering solutions to complex challenges and facilitating seamless service delivery for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage the implementation of tools and technology including Adobe products by conducting in-depth trainings and working sessions.
  • Develop onboarding documentation and resources that complement the training programs for cross-functional teams.
  • Support the implementation and execution of technology to improve/enhance the delivery of products and services for clients.
  • Research and identify specific Adobe workshops, seminars, or certifications to assist with day-to-day execution and operations.
  • Assist with the enablement of operations at scale and support automation initiatives.
  • Support cross-functional implementation of tools and technology by collaborating and participating in operational workstreams and processes.
  • Develop solutions to drive smarter data-driven insights on optimizing the business in partnership with the department lead.
  • Provide a fresh perspective on existing processes and develop new ways of working within the Marketing Operations team.
  • Facilitate clear communication channels across internal departments and externally with clients, working closely with the Account management team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience working on Adobe products and platforms.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Journey Optimizer required.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience within the digital space, including web-based content management systems.
  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, CMS, is a plus.
  • Experience with building out Adobe products use cases, processes, and workflows in-house and externally on the client side.
  • Ability to build relationships within an organization to drive results is required.
  • Proven ability to effectively articulate and communicate information and insights is required.
  • Ability to work independently and self-manage time, prioritize tasks and projects, and execute on deliverables.
  • Understanding of yield management and triaging roadblocks with problem-solving skills to meet performance demands.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, manage & prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to escalate scope increase when necessary.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with project/task management tools such as JIRA, Airtable, CMS.
