About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Alorica plays a crucial role in managing the MarTech stack, ensuring the tools, data, automation, and integrations are effectively utilized for the Global Marketing Organization. This position involves supporting the development of reporting and analytics strategies, managing MAS/CRM systems, and collaborating with various teams to implement engaging marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the tools, data, automation, and integrations for the marketing team, ensuring alignment with other systems and teams.
  • Provide support to launch, track, and optimize marketing campaigns, developing frameworks, templates, and processes for campaign planning and execution.
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to enhance website visibility and organic search rankings, conducting regular audits for improvements.
  • Track and optimize marketing performance metrics to drive growth, providing actionable insights into campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Manage MAS and CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective usage.
  • Create executive-level reports that communicate results and insights based on experience and best practices.
  • Stay updated on digital platforms and analytics approaches, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools or methodologies to enhance digital marketing capabilities.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing experience required.
  • B.A. degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Familiarity with key MarTech stack tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Google properties, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Knowledge of marketing acquisition channels including email, social media, content syndication, and ABM, as well as SEO and SEM.
  • Proven experience in launching, executing, and optimizing creative marketing programs that drive revenue.
  • Exceptional collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on user experience.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and execute quickly in a fast-paced environment.
