About the position

The Manager, Marketing Operations at KBKG is responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance marketing and sales efforts. This role focuses on managing marketing automation, lead qualification, and integrated marketing campaigns to generate significant pipeline growth. The position requires a blend of technical sophistication, analytical skills, and creativity to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manages Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot) for email marketing, lead qualification, and marketing nurture.
  • Oversees multi-channel marketing nurture programs.
  • Manages CRM/Lifecycle marketing, enhancing integrations between Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Maintains and enhances marketing databases, improving data integrity and usability.
  • Designs and executes a segmentation and targeting strategy to leverage data.
  • Implements continuous data collection, entry, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Converts user requests into actionable requirements and documents specifications.
  • Collaborates with sales operations and IT teams to align procedures with systems infrastructure.
  • Develops and maintains corporate websites, adhering to digital brand guidelines.
  • Oversees MOPS vendor relationships as the primary contact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Over a decade of experience in marketing.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a MOPS manager, implementing lead qualification campaigns in Hubspot/CRM.
  • Strong track record in improving marketing objectives using automation tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data mining and analysis, along with data maintenance tactics.
  • Proficient in marketing automation systems, including building complex workflows and nurture sequences.
  • Experience with data warehousing, business intelligence, and lead management technology.
  • Skilled in retrieving data from relational databases.
  • Experience with WordPress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with complex data analysis and BI tools like PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver/html, Illustrator, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
