About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at Nearmap plays a crucial role in the Revenue Operations team, focusing on enhancing marketing data, processes, technology, reporting, and strategy. This hybrid position requires a strong understanding of SaaS marketing operations to drive measurable impact and support the company's long-term growth objectives. The ideal candidate will manage marketing data reporting, ensure data accuracy, and collaborate with various teams to optimize lead flow and marketing effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing data reporting and hygiene.
  • Maintain data accuracy for reliable strategy building.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations and business stakeholders to align marketing metrics with revenue goals.
  • Analyze data strategically to enhance collection and analysis methods.
  • Own lead reporting through all stages of the funnel and develop business intelligence dashboards.
  • Report on performance against goals to marketing leadership.
  • Ensure quality leads are sent to SDRs at the right time.
  • Optimize lead routing and follow-up systems with SDR managers.
  • Monitor and improve lead data quality within the marketing database.
  • Support new marketing technology implementation to optimize the marketing funnel.
  • Create and analyze reports on marketing and sales effectiveness, making recommendations for optimization.
  • Architect complex campaign builds in Marketo and support email marketing efforts.
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment with marketing, content, brand management, and product teams.
  • Implement an effective scoring model for full path marketing attribution.
  • Drive marketing automation efforts to enhance pipeline quality.
  • Define and implement optimized marketing systems for demand generation channels.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of SaaS marketing operations experience.
  • Experience in B2B marketing operations.
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects with flawless execution under tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in actionable reporting for stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with campaign creation and lead management.
  • Bachelor's degree from a selective university (Master's preferred).
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Hubspot, and 6Sense.
