About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at KBKG is responsible for providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance marketing and sales efforts. This role focuses on managing marketing automation, lead qualification, and analytics to create integrated marketing campaigns that convert leads into marketing qualified leads (MQLs). The position requires a blend of technical sophistication, analytical skills, and creativity to optimize marketing strategies and improve data usability across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Marketing Automation platform (Hubspot) for email marketing and lead qualification.
  • Oversee multi-channel marketing nurture programs.
  • Manage CRM/Lifecycle marketing, integrating signals from Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Maintain and enhance marketing databases, ensuring data integrity and usability.
  • Design and execute segmentation and targeting strategies to leverage data.
  • Oversee data collection, entry, validation, and enrichment processes.
  • Convert user requests into actionable requirements and document specifications.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and IT teams to align procedures with systems infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage corporate websites, adhering to digital brand guidelines.
  • Manage vendor relationships for Marketing Operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 5-7 years of experience as a Marketing Operations Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing automation systems, particularly Hubspot.
  • Experience in implementing lead qualification campaigns and processes.
  • Proficiency in data mining and analysis, with experience in data maintenance and cleansing.
  • Strong grasp of data warehousing and business intelligence tools.
  • Skilled in retrieving data from relational databases.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Experience with WordPress.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with complex data analysis and BI tools like PowerBI.
  • Strong track record in improving marketing objectives using automation tools.
