About the position

As a Marketing Operations Manager at Envoy, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the operational efficiency of the Marketing team. Your primary focus will be on creating scalable processes that ensure a robust lead and account funnel, aligning marketing technology systems with best practices, and ensuring that all marketing touchpoints are measurable. This position involves collaborating with various teams to analyze data and inform strategic decisions, ultimately contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing technology stack and optimize existing systems for demand generation and account-based experience (ABX) funnels.
  • Establish and maintain scalable processes for campaign and lead management.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across marketing programs and reporting.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for funnel performance and marketing-sourced opportunities.
  • Support campaign operations including campaign creation, lead management, and segmentation.
  • Manage the hygiene and quality of marketing data.
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to develop insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Evaluate new technologies to enhance marketing team performance.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and business operations for accurate marketing performance reporting.
  • Establish documentation and training for marketing team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in marketing operations within the SaaS industry.
  • Advanced proficiency with Marketo and Marketo Measure; Marketo Certification preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with tools such as 6sense/Demandbase, LeanData, Chilipiper, Drift, Looker, Google Analytics, and Jira.
  • Deep understanding of the marketing technology landscape and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a focus on LTV, ROI, and business impact.
  • Experience working with vendors and contractors.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative cross-functional relationships.
