About the position

The Marketing Operations Manager at DNSFilter plays a crucial role in bridging the Marketing and Revenue Operations (RevOps) functions. This position is responsible for optimizing marketing processes, overseeing data infrastructure, and ensuring alignment across teams to enhance lead management and campaign effectiveness. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, compliance, and collaboration, ultimately supporting data-driven marketing decisions and a seamless customer journey.

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and refine marketing processes that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Oversee and optimize the marketing technology stack, focusing on integration between marketing systems, Salesforce, and the data warehouse.
  • Support marketing teams in executing campaigns by managing audience segmentation and capturing accurate data for performance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track campaign performance and marketing ROI.
  • Oversee the Lead-to-Contact, Opportunity, and Account Object lifecycle within Salesforce to ensure clean data and effective routing.
  • Establish and enforce data hygiene protocols across objects, implementing robust data cleansing and enrichment processes.
  • Develop and manage clear rules of engagement between Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success Operations to align object and data management processes with revenue goals.
  • Drive automation for seamless lead flow between objects and teams, implementing AI-driven tools to improve data accuracy.
  • Work closely with Sales Operations, CX Operations, and RevOps teams to align on goals and process handoffs.
  • Contribute to the Revenue Operations strategy by ensuring Marketing processes align with growth and revenue objectives.
  • Develop training programs and knowledge-sharing resources for marketing, sales, and RevOps teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, with a track record of optimizing processes and maintaining data integrity across systems.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and marketing automation tools, focusing on data integration and system management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Experience managing lead processes, including lead scoring, nurturing, and routing, with a focus on data hygiene and enrichment.
  • Exceptional project management skills for managing cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with a focus on working cross-functionally.
